The location near the pyramids and the view from our room were great, but the bed sheets hadn’t been changed, were dirty with hair, food stains, chocolate, felt, and were wrinkled, clearly someone had slept in them! We had to replace all the sheets and the room towels. At night we heard all the city noises, very loud! There were 3 TVs in the room, none of them worked.

From the instant we stepped in, everything felt flawless—staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout, making the whole trip even better. The hotel was spotless and well‑maintained, with clear attention to detail. Our room was comfy, immaculate, and stocked with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The vibe was calm and pleasant, so you could just feel at home. The location was a major plus, convenient and easy to navigate, with everything close by. We also appreciated the overall service, organization, and how quickly the staff responded whenever we asked for something. The only downside was the breakfast, which tasted bad.
