Close to my point of interest, room was clean. My main issue is the high price per night (130€). The hotel is very small, with a tiny reception, no services, and very small rooms and bathrooms (though clean). Breakfast and its timing were chosen the night before… I arrived five minutes late and everything was cold. If it cost half, it would have been great.

Cleanliness was good. The staff were very poorly prepared; at check‑in I waited 30 minutes for three rooms. I requested an extra breakfast for the four rooms booked, but it was calculated incompletely; the last room didn’t get breakfast added. The windows don’t seal, so you hear all the boulevard noise and a draft forms between the door and the window. The shower cabin is small for a larger person.

Its location was incredibly close to four hospitals, which was handy during my post‑operative night, but the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable, the breakfast was minimal, served at a fixed time, and the variety was poor—more like a real 3‑star experience.
