They hosted a noisy event on the second and last night, so I couldn't sleep; they also didn't arrange alternative lodging for me and I’m still waiting for the refund they promised.

Nothing. The pool was 1/2 empty and unkept, the entire property was dark and unwelcoming. The walls inside the room were dirty, the basins were actually missing of the wall, taps were hanging against the wall where the basin should have been. The one towel supplied was stinky, there was no shower door or even a curtain, there was no soap or shampoo
