The setting and surroundings were great, and the place was spotless. The pool was very pleasant, quiet, with both sun and shade. The reception, however, was very disappointing: we were told the breakfast was served from 8:30 to 9:30 on the terrace, and when we arrived at 9:25 we were scolded for being late. The breakfast itself was very simple—bread, butter, jam, and a low‑quality chocolate croissant—and it didn’t even require a 30‑minute preparation time. We also forgot a Coziya mattress, and my friend asked for it to be sent back with compensation; the owner, Nelly, replied very curtly that it had to be collected on site and that the matter was closed. The attempts at mediation ended with insults and a hung‑up phone call. Worse, Nelly threatened to change our Booking rating to 10 if we wanted the mattress back, and she lied in her response to my friend’s comment. When we returned, the owner, her father, and her son were so offended by the review that they threatened my friend physically and never returned her item—this was theft! Bottom line: don’t run a bed‑and‑breakfast if you don’t like dealing with people and service.
