Everything. The staff is horrible and they lied. The room was super cramped and laid out wrong, decor was depressing. Untidy. Cheap looking. Definitely not attentive or concerned with our needs. Tried to rip us off. Overcharged us. Never apologized for their mistakes. No respect for our time. I never have had such a horrific experience at a hotel before. Just terrible.

The room was a nice size for the price, and the staff was helpful. The sheets were dirty with a stain when we arrived, and the beds are old and not the most comfortable to sleep in.

Food was good, area was clean and efficient. The TV was a negative.
