Quality Inn & Suites Leesburg Chain of Lakes

Location. Dirty, cats everywhere, old smelly building. No shower curtain, dirty sheets. Awful stay

“It was extremely dirty and nasty. Stains on the bedspreads and towels, floors not vacuumed, stench that was horrible in”

There was nothing positive to note, and the area, cleanliness, sanitation—zero of it—was horrible.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the key issue kept needing to be redone over and over.

“Amazing, comfortable relaxing and I was at peace here”

The start was nice and they respected my privacy, there were zero complaints, and the service was five‑star; nothing I didn’t like.

“Cancelled my stay immediately. Went to best western across the street. So much better.”

There was absolutely nothing positive, while mold covered the entire air unit, water damage and mold damage appeared in the window, the room smelled like smoke, the floors were stained and dirty, making it the worst experience I have ever had.
