The location is good, close to the beach, and the staff are friendly. However, you’re not free to eat whenever you want; there are two fixed shifts for breakfast and dinner that last the whole stay. We like to eat on our own schedule, not at set times. A small fridge in the room would also be handy.

The hotel’s concept is fantastic, with a harmonious vibe from day one whether dining, attending small events, or relaxing at the bar. The food offerings are superb and truly relaxing, the beach is close, and the evenings are quiet—thanks to the entire staff!

Service and the hotel itself are top‑class, catering to everyone whether they’re into active or passive, independent travel. The kids’ club is great, the workshops engaging, and the spa massage was excellent.

The front‑desk lady was very friendly. I had half‑board, and the meals were excellent with courteous staff. The beach is close, and the indoor pool opposite is great. The room is spacious, the bed very comfortable, and I’ll definitely return.
