The Bangkok Convention Centre sits right inside Centara Grand, which made everything very convenient, and you can also reach Level 7 of CentralWorld. The BTS station is about a five‑minute walk away, and Platinum Fashion Mall is another five minutes, giving even more shopping choices. I arrived two days late and didn’t receive a refund.

The hotel is family‑friendly and clean; I booked a family room for two adults and two kids. The rooftop pool is great, and they also have a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and an entrance to Central World. It’s close to Siam Paragon and Platinum Mall, and there’s a large supermarket right below the mall entrance. All services are available, and the Arabic‑speaking manager is very accommodating.
