The hotel sits right in the heart of Saint Malo’s old town. The room feels stylish and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is superb and truly celebrated. When we arrived, nobody was on site, but after a quick phone call someone was there within a few minutes. However, the explanation we received was minimal. We struggled with the key because the building is very old, but a phone was always available for help. The hotel is surrounded by many one‑way streets, making it hard to find. Parking is public, paid, and there’s no guarantee of a spot close to the hotel, which is inconvenient with luggage. This should be clearer in the hotel description.
