At reception there’s a screen, and the room space is larger than the Aurora rooms. There are car stations, and a steamer is available on request. The Afghan staff run the breakfast buffet and provide eggs cooked to your preference. The luggage transfer service is not available, the car after the hotel is far from the center, and the breakfast staff are inflexible.

It’s close to the center, but the parking is far away and you can’t get down from the hotel to the parking lot. The mid‑morning breakfast was mediocre, the sink was clogged, and there were no disposable slippers.

The location is spot on, right in the center and the U1 station Nestroyplatz is just a 2‑minute walk away. The staff feels a bit inexperienced and some of them come across as flat and unfriendly. The breakfast room is too cramped for the number of guests, and dishes are often missing. The carpets on the floors and in the rooms look worn. During a three‑night stay, the toilet paper ran out and wasn’t refilled. I arrived at 13:00 and it was understandable that the room wasn’t ready yet, but being told at 15:30 that the room was still not ready frustrated me.
