The owners communicated great. The train ride from the central station was very short, and it was only a 5‑minute walk. When we arrived, we were given local area tips, dining suggestions, and the spot in the historic centre was ideal. The room itself was also perfect.

The property sits in a central spot, and the remote check‑in instructions were clear. The reception was responsive. The room was comfortable and had been recently renovated. The furnishings were basic but complete. The cleanliness was worth noting—new towels were changed daily! The bathroom fan was a little noisy; after 10 minutes of use it briefly emitted a slightly burnt smell, probably from the exhaust system.

The location is very nice, close to the metro and the university district. The room faced the boulevard, so the noise was an issue. The room could use a renovation (bedding, a shelf that doesn’t hold, shower sealants, etc.). There was no breakfast, but we were informed beforehand.
