I liked everything about the facilities, the bed and pillows were great and I slept well, but I wasn’t too fond of the boxed breakfast; the food itself wasn’t good.

The hotel was beautiful and the stay was excellent; the staff were attentive and handled everything, but the breakfast came in a box and wasn’t a proper lunch, and the portions were too small and there was no choice even though the menu varied daily.

The staff at the front desk seemed a bit unfriendly, which was a bit of a letdown. However, the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the location was pretty central. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the unfriendly receptionists left a bit of a sour taste.
