We got a large room, but it faced the street side with a night‑time shop and two shawarma stalls that were loud and had a lot of traffic; the rest of the room was fine.

“Short stay hotel in the heart of Bruges”

The spot is smack in the middle of T´Zand and Nordstrandstraat, so I was right where all the action was, though that also meant the view was limited and the noise was a bit much. I arrived in the afternoon and had to hunt for the door code; a receptionist saw me but vanished right after. The same happened at checkout—I had to call someone to drop my luggage in the deposit. So the staff score suffers because they barely made an appearance. The TV remote was missing entirely, the bathroom was super narrow, and I had to open the shower sink to stop the whole room from flooding.

“No lo recomiendo”

The location was great, but we waited over 20 minutes for the receptionist to come and check us in, while the front desk was usually empty. The room was basic, the sheets had holes, the room wasn’t prepared, walls had crushed bugs, there was no TV remote and we had to ask for one at reception, where a woman was present and she quickly moved the issue to the room.

Muy lindo hotel y muy buena ubicacion. Estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos pero después no lo limpiaron

The room was very comfortable, we were very happy, and the location is great right next to the center.
