“Nette Vermieterin, gemütliches Hausboot und eine tolle Lage.”

A very nice, cozy houseboat that comfortably fit 3 people for 2 nights; the location was fantastic. It could have been cleaner, but it stayed within acceptable limits. Spiders kept finding their way onto the boat, probably because it’s right in nature. We were there in the fall when a storm was raging nearby, so the boat rocked a lot. Anyone who gets seasick or is nervous shouldn’t book this place.

“Bella barca ma attenzione ai ragni”

The boat’s interior was pretty and clean, with a good spot and a very kind owner. Inside everything was fine, though a few upgrades could help—like a drying rack for laundry, a bath mat, and a larger space to store a suitcase—but overall it worked. The exterior was a nightmare, covered in spiders and bugs. We found nine spiders inside as soon as we arrived and they kept infesting us the whole trip. The screens were full of live and dead spiders and webs, so we couldn’t use the outdoor table even after clearing it for a few hours; it got covered again. I’ve attached two photos of what we saw from inside looking through the windows.

“Prima maar behoorlijk overpriced, dit kwam waarschijnlijk door Lowlands.”

The view was nice. I didn’t expect the cottage to sway so much when boats passed by; we felt pretty nauseous at first, but it was less at night.

The quiet location was great. The directions and signage for getting there were confusing.
