The room, grounds, and facilities are all excellent. Sometimes the waiters seemed a bit green or new to the job; they’re polite and formal, but we’d prefer a more relaxed vibe, though we get that the owners probably want that boutique feel.

The place feels like a jungle paradise, exactly as the photos show—beautiful, well‑maintained, and truly unique. The pool area is a great spot to unwind, and the pool itself stays spotless; swimming after sunset is a must. The staff are friendly and helpful. Laundry costs 2000 KES, which makes sense if you have a lot to wash. Rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. Monkeys that pop in to greet you add a special charm, though they can sneak in quietly and steal your protein bar on the roof. Overall, highly recommended! A small drawback is the water bottle that only refills once a day, which isn’t enough for two people, and it would be nice to be able to borrow an iron instead of just paying for ironing. These minor issues don’t outweigh the positives.
