The room was amazing for the price and the hotel sits right in the heart of SaPa with an incredible view of Fansipan. The host was thoughtful and proactive, making the stay 100% unforgettable 🫶🏽🥹💕. The shower head’s hook was broken, but it didn’t ruin my stay; I mentioned it to the host. It’s a minor issue compared to everything else, which was superb—no one would mind this small setback. Take it from me, I’m a very picky guest!

The staff were super sweet, showing me the room right away, telling me to rest first before paying, and fixing a toilet issue for me. The location is prime—right in the middle of Sapa’s main shop strip and minutes from the station, church, and square, yet it’s quiet and peaceful at night. The room was larger than expected, nicely decorated, well-lit, and the balcony was a nice touch. The AC and hot water worked well. However, there’s no soundproofing, so you could hear people talking, the elevator, and other guests moving around late into the night and early in the morning.
