“Um grande decepção”

The staff always tried to be very attentive and worked to resolve issues when they arose; breakfast was honest, the receptionist was wonderful, the cleaning lady was also very good, and the beach guys were attentive, but the manager or supervisor was very unpleasant. The biggest problem was the room: the air conditioner was annoyingly noisy, the mini‑fridge motor was the same, and when one was quiet the other would make noise, often both together. The room lighting was terrible, there were very few outlets, and during phone charging everyone had to turn off the lamps; we asked the front desk for a plug adapter and none was provided. The worst part was that they wouldn’t allow two professionals to do my hair and makeup because they claimed the lights would flicker when professional hair dryers were used. As a lodge next to a venue where weddings and parties are held every weekend, why don’t they allow beauty professionals for guests? I chose this lodge specifically because it’s next to the wedding venue.

“Adorei a minha estadia, a pousada e os funcionários. Super indico e voltarei, com certeza.”

I found the room spacious, the beds good, the towels large and soft. The staff were amazing, extremely kind and helpful, and breakfast was great! The shower had low pressure, there were no hooks to hang things and no mirror in the room—only in the bathroom. Also, the air conditioner made a lot of noise.

Breakfast was impeccable. I loved that the lodge was right on the beach. The staff service was very good. The mattress could have been a bit firmer; it felt too soft.

“Excelente!!”

The lodge was very friendly, right on the beach, and the staff were attentive, especially Carla. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast start time could be earlier; it opens at 8:00 am, and sometimes you’re out on a tour and need to be ready sooner.
