The staff were very nice. We arrived a bit early and were able to work in the breakfast hall with our laptops. We also received a coffee and a croissant. The beds were very comfortable.

I stayed for one night because of a concert at the Merkur-Arena, and everything was fine. The location wasn’t the best; I walked about 15 minutes on foot to the subway/old town (and back at night – as a solo traveler it was a bit of a hassle), but that was known when I booked. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they even brought a bottle of water to the room. Breakfast was good, with something for everyone.

The location is superb and the value for money is spot on. I especially want to highlight the very friendly and helpful staff – everyone was attentive, supportive, and warm. I felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Strong recommendation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
