The staff were very friendly and the 24‑hour reception was appreciated. Because my room was right in front of the reception, I could hear all the noise, people ringing the bell a thousand times to get a response. The shower was a bit small, the door didn’t open well and it was hard to get in if you’re a big guy, and the water pressure was weak.

The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very kind. I’ll return when I need to go to Alcalá de Henares. The only thing I mentioned when I left was that it would be great to have a handhold in the bathtub to get in and out; my room didn’t have one, but they said other rooms did.

Everything was very clean, the service was exceptional, and it’s a very welcoming spot. They need to replace the air conditioners because they’re a bit noisy 😂😂
