The parking is spacious and secure, but the rooms are very cramped; the bedspread almost walked away with us.

The room was very good, the bed was cozy and clean, but the breakfast buffet offered only bread, no cold cuts, cheese, sweet ham, the toaster was broken, and the pastries were very scarce—just a few pieces of baguette and toast bread.

The rates are competitive, parking is free, the place is fairly quiet with minimal disturbing noises and no neighbor chatter. However, the bedding had cigarette‑burn holes, the window latch was faulty (only the lower frame caught on the two frame points), there was little light (no central ceiling light, only sconces), the mattress was not very comfortable for my tall, heavy frame with back problems, and GSM coverage was absent in the rooms so I had to make calls from the parking lot; I mention this not to complain but to be constructive.

The reception quality and breakfast are good, yet the surroundings feel quite depressing and the common areas lack sound insulation.
