It’s a great spot if you need to stay close to LAX, a bit pricey, and the neighborhood has few dining options; a Lyft to Redondo Beach will cost about $45 per ride.

The room was great, and when the AC failed a gentleman came right away and fixed it in no time, which I greatly appreciated; however, my car was badly damaged overnight in the lot—I parked right outside the door yet no security or camera protected it, which is a huge difference from parking across the street; also one receptionist isn’t enough, and every time I went to reception I had to wait a good while.

“Great location for our needs, good breakfast, nice staff. So so for the mobility challenged.”

I booked for the LA Chargers game, so the spot was spot on. A bit of noise from the 405 freeway, but nothing terrible. The place was clean overall and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent. The mobility‑challenged room was the furthest from the elevator, which was a problem for my husband. The mattress felt worn and squeaky, and every time we turned on the sink the bathroom smelled like sewer. That room also had a bathtub instead of a walk‑in, which added to the difficulty.

“Hilton Garden Inn, an A++++++”

The room was spotless and everything else was great! Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff were courteous and helpful. All in all, a fantastic experience! The only thing that could be improved is the location.
