The staff are nice and they give free biscuits in the morning, and it’s super close to the beach, but there were bed bugs in my room.

The beds were comfortable, the spot was ideal, and it was a quiet place, but there were only two bathrooms for the number of beds in the dorm, which felt a bit lacking.

The location was great, within walking distance of everything on Phi Phi, and the staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful; they let us store our luggage and use the bathrooms after check‑out at no extra cost before our late afternoon ferry, and there was a free tea/coffee station with biscuits in the morning only, plus a water refill station outside (warm/hot only). The 10‑bed dorm stayed full throughout, yet everyone was respectful and friendly, and the small seating area at the counter outside with rails for drying clothes was a nice touch—thanks! The downside was that there were only two bathrooms inside the dorm (toilet and shower) for 10 people, so we often had to wait to use them.
