Our experience was excellent from start to finish; every staff member was extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The jacuzzi room was spectacular, especially with the amazing view of Cuenca, and it was a real pleasure to relax there and enjoy the city. Breakfast was superb, and we were pleasantly surprised one day when they prepared llapingachos for us—a delicious detail we hadn’t expected and thoroughly enjoyed. The staff’s service deserves special mention: they were always courteous, attentive, and very willing to help. It’s clear they genuinely care about giving guests a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. A 10/10 experience. Everything was super excellent.

I loved the hospitality of the staff, the room was spotless, it’s pet‑friendly, and the location is perfect for walking around Cuenca—everything’s close. If you drive, the garage is open 24/7 for us, which we loved, plus the breakfasts were varied, fresh and delicious. Highly recommended! The only suggestion is to choose your room carefully before booking because there’s a range—double, matrimonial, and suite—due to space, otherwise everything was excellent
