“A family hotel and good property in Agra”

The stay was comfortable and the room was nice. Tajmahal is just 1.5 km from this hotel; it’s a family hotel and they offered delicious food for us. Nothing negative.

My stay was very comfortable and the food was so delicious. The room had an attached washroom and amenities. Tajmahal is only 1.5 km away. The staff were very helpful, especially thanks to Mr. Javed Khan who spoke politely with us and provided a tourist licence guide, Mr. Vivek. Overall it was a good experience at this property.

I stayed in a quiet, spacious room and the staff welcomed me warmly; overall it was a good experience and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Agra.

“Not recommend”

I was really looking forward to my stay at this hotel, but things took a turn for the worse when they refused to accept my Visa card for payment. Apparently, they claimed it was "broken and not acceptable", but I knew it was fine because I'd used it just fine at other places that day. The receptionist was unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue, so I ended up having to cancel my booking and find another hotel.

“For the price, I expected much better. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again”

My stay at this hotel was a huge letdown. The water problems were a major issue - the shower barely worked, and when it did, the water came out dirty and discolored. I reported it to the staff, but nothing was done to fix it during my stay, and they seemed completely unbothered by it. It's basic stuff - clean, functioning water is the bare minimum a hotel should provide.
