The view, the large room, the construction style, and the helpful, friendly staff were all positives, but the room was not clean, smelled damp/moldy, the jacuzzi was dirty (so unusable), there was only one small heater that wasn’t turned on before we arrived in a very large room, the dehumidifier didn’t work, and there were many blackouts.

The staff were super friendly, the Sri Lankan breakfast was very tasty, the chef even surpassed himself when he realized we liked it, it was very varied, and the room had a great whirlpool and games to borrow.
