The room was very clean and comfortable, equipped with every service. The location is great, just a short walk from the station and the historic center, and the private parking is very convenient at a fair price. The staff were very helpful and kind, and the host’s son Alessio was incredibly friendly. Thank you for everything! In our room (Monterosso) there was an unpleasant closed‑off smell upon arrival.

Everything was flawless: the place was spotless and fragrant, with sheets and towels that smelled great too. The staff were super welcoming and polite, and the location was simply PERFECT—just a short walk from the station (great for me because I was heading to Cinque Terre) and close to excellent bars and restaurants. I’ll definitely come back for sure. It was all perfect.

The room was lovely with a large balcony right in the middle of town. You step straight onto the shopping street filled with nice eateries, and after about fifteen minutes you reach the harbor where all the boat trips start. If you walk to the other side, the La Spezia Centraal train station is just three minutes away, where you can buy a ticket at the counter and head to Cinque Terre, Pisa, Florence, Milan.

The spot is close to the central station and the pedestrian historic center. I recommend using their parking service; they have a car park in a nearby garage a few steps from the guesthouse. When you park, just leave the car and hop on public transport (for the Five Towns there are both ferries and trains that are very convenient). To get to Portovenere, there are frequent buses even late into the night.
