The room was spacious enough for two people and clean. However, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the front door was unlockable, which felt unsafe. We had to lock the bedroom doors and were worried about using the toilet at night because the front door to the room and toilet was unlocked.

The location is perfect for Harry‑Potter studio fans, and checking in was easy thanks to a key box and clear communication from the host. They supplied a fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes, tea and coffee, and the price was fair. We had to unplug the fridge because it was too loud at night. The two rooms with a shared bathroom and toilet were fine for our family of four, but they might feel less comfortable if you’re not staying together.

Parking was convenient and the room was quiet. The bed mattress felt soft, and the internet TV signal was weak.

Getting there was a breeze, the information was excellent, and the place was clean, tidy, and safe. Parking was on the drive, which is always a plus.
