Normafa Hotel & Retreat

The hotel was truly beautiful, the spa area was fantastic, the rooms were clean, spacious, and nice. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from, and we liked everything.

“Hotel vypadá vizuálně hezky, ale v této cenové relaci to byla tragédie. Nedoporučuji.”

The hotel looked pretty nice, the room was beautiful and clean, and the breakfast was average but good; parking was included. It’s hard to say where to start. We had a double bed, and when we entered the room the beds were separate; the solution was to link them together, so at least they didn’t lie about it being a double. At reception we were told that we couldn’t use the sauna that day because someone had booked it; the next day I discovered that the “wellness” area isn’t worth the price. One sauna and an outdoor whirlpool are too weak for a hotel called Retreat. We wanted to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, but the staff ignored us, so my partner had to ask for the menu and the waitress still asked if we wanted to eat. In the end we went somewhere else because there was nothing to choose from, even though the website boasts an unforgettable culinary experience. There was more, but I don’t feel like listing it all. I definitely won’t stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone; the negatives far outweighed the positives.

The room was tidy, but the reception staff could have spoken English better; it was hard to understand them.

The rooms and overall hotel design were nice, but the outdoor hot tub was cold.

“Příjemné ubytování s dobrou dostupností hromadné dopravy.”

Klidná lokalita, možnost wellness v hotelu a dobrá dostupnost MHD. Vše bylo naprosto v pořádku
