Everything was perfect: the breakfast was super complete, the room felt like a dream and was very clean, and the Palazzo was truly lovely. Matteo was very friendly, recommending beautiful spots to visit and great restaurants, and he handled every detail.

This boutique hotel was wonderful in every way, capturing the charm of a mid‑century Italian home with meticulous details from linens to tableware. The owner was warm, helpful, and personally handled everything we needed, including arranging a tour of Ostuni and booking a restaurant. Breakfast was delicious, beautifully presented, and served with care. The personal service and attention to detail made it one of the best experiences on our trip, and I highly recommend it.
