“The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Felt private and comfortable”

The location gave us breathtaking views and was an ideal launch point for our hikes, and we liked how uncomplicated the house felt. The hot tub was cloudy and low on water, and the cold plunge was barely a foot deep and dirty, so we stayed out of both. Being out in the middle was great until we realized there were hardly any restaurants nearby – we should have brought more food with us.

The Muscovy ducks turned out to be the highlight of our visit, adding a fun, unexpected element. The only drawback was that the place is a little off the beaten path, so getting there required a bit more planning.

“Loved the setting”

We were thrilled with the elegant stemmed wine glasses, the coffee press, and the little stash of sparkling water in the fridge – those touches felt very thoughtful. However, the bathroom fan/light kept humming through the night, the bed felt cramped, and there was no comfortable chair or extra counter lighting with a USB outlet.

“Non recommandé absolument”

Nothing matched the online photos – there was no chair, TV, clock, glassware, or even soap provided. The room was tiny, with the bed pushed up against the wall and a mattress that was overly soft, making it uncomfortable. Service felt completely impersonal, and the overall quality was far below what the price suggested.
