We love taking tours to discover different places, and a few hotels always stick in our minds because they stand out so much. Enchantment is one of those places. Once you’ve been there, you never forget it. They clearly aim for perfection. Nothing struck me as off, maybe just that we wanted to stay longer, but that’s our own fault.

The staff was extremely rude. Every request felt like too much. We were made to feel like a burden and in the way. No spa treatments were offered to us even though we paid over 1000 a night. They didn’t help us order food or drinks at the pool when we wanted to. They were not attentive.

The property is so perfectly nestled into the beautiful red rock of Sedona - everywhere you look is absolutely stunning. Wonderful location, amazing amenities (spa, restaurant, multiple pools…and the rooms!) and the staff exceeded at every interaction! Would go back without any hesitation and absolutely recommend to anyone considering a trip to Sedona!. I really can’t think of anything I didn’t like

The service was exceptional, and we also enjoyed the Mii Amo spa; Bruce’s sound bath was amazing.
