The breakfast fell short of the hotel's price and standard, with a very limited selection, yet the terrace restaurant, drinks, and staff were all excellent, and we still enjoyed our stay and hope the breakfast improves.

The spot is good and the rooms comfortable, with super staff. Yet in the mornings they cut back on staff, leaving just one person to cover both the terrace and the reception, which makes breakfast skimpy and creates waiting lines.

“Little something out of a village fairy tale”

The staff were very welcoming and helpful when we arrived and left, even holding our bags for extra time so we could explore, which was great. We were a little disappointed not to get a lake‑view room – a cranky lady across the hall kept looking out the window, so we had to keep the blinds closed. The host thought of most room details – good coffee machine, fridge, Wi‑Fi, etc. The location feels like a fairytale, with plenty of food, drinks, and lovely walks along the water. We’d come back; it was a little magical! The only issue was that the lift is quite small and the stairwell is winding – we managed, but others might not.

The hotel is very beautiful, in a great spot, and the atmosphere feels like a friendly family. We’re looking forward to our next visit.
