Staying there was great because it was close to the Green School summer camp, and the staff were very kind. I stayed for about two weeks, and overall everything was within acceptable limits.

We picked this place because it’s close to Green School where we were teaching. Walking to the school is a breeze. Outside Green School there are a few eateries, but most close early. After an afternoon session, we booked a Gojek to Ubud’s center; the app mis‑located the hotel, so we had to walk to the street corner. The ride took about 25 minutes because traffic in Ubud center was heavy. We reached Denpasar at midnight and arrived at the hotel around 2 AM, where someone had been waiting to hand us the keys. We would have liked twin rooms or an extra bed option; all rooms come with a single queen bed. The room was spacious, yet the tiny round table and one small chair were very uncomfortable for laptop work. The bathrooms were huge. The room felt cold and empty because of the layout. A few large black ants were in the room, but they didn’t bother us. Breakfast wasn’t offered, so we’d have appreciated kitchen access, but it’s upstairs. One day a family stayed next to us and their kids made noise swimming in the small pool, but they finished before it got late, so it was fine.

“Comfortable stay near Green School Bali”

The hotel is within walking distance of Green School Bali, which worked well because my kids attended summer camp there. The room is roomy and nicely decorated, and there’s space for an extra single bed for my two kids. Coffee and tea facilities are in the room, and there’s a pool and a guest kitchen available. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay. However, housekeeping didn’t clean the toilet and bath area, and the beds were roughly made, not professionally done. Finding restaurants nearby was hard; walking to local eateries and grocery stores was tough. In the end, ordering Grab food delivery was the easiest solution.
