The décor was beautiful, yet the breakfast was the worst I've ever had—eggs were soggy, and the staff member tending the area had a scar on her face and made us feel like intruders.

Everything was comfortable, safe, clean, and the location was good—nothing to complain about.

I was greeted with a warm welcome and smiles from everyone on the team, and I have no complaints—after choosing this hotel last year, I returned from France and everything was just as great.

The staff were fantastic, the breakfast was good, and the room felt cozy, but the pool was freezing cold and there was only one towel provided.

The breakfast was terrible: the eggs were powdery, the potatoes were reheated and hard, and there was no variety—only the coffee was decent, so a better breakfast is needed.
