The cleanliness is excellent, the food variety and quality are high, and both indoor and outdoor common areas are available. The entertainment is lively and friendly. The coral reef in front of the beach is a bit compromised but looks good a little away from the pier; the rooms could be a bit more polished to match the resort’s reputation. We missed a birthday surprise – normally a card is placed in the room, but we saw a celebratory dinner with drum sounds from the waiters and informed the waiter who said he’d arrange it, yet it never happened. There was a problem with the hotel‑arranged taxi that made us wait almost an hour upon arrival, though it was punctual for the return trip.

The entertainment is excellent. Towels are provided and the bar is always open. The location is too far south from Marsa Alam.

Cleanliness is good, and the staff are always very friendly. The food could use a little improvement.

We could have given everything a 10, but a major flaw is that they don't call you even when you are just a customer. If you don’t book excursions through them, they force you to walk 800 metres in the sun because they stop you at the first bar, whether it’s day or night.
