The geographic location and room cleanliness were positive, yet the room space was very limited, the elevator to descend from the floor didn’t work, there was noticeable noise in the hallway such as door slams, a person pulled the door handle twice during the night, and there was little equipment for two people (shower cap, soap). Despite France applying different criteria than the Hotelstars Union used in other countries (Switzerland, etc.), there was a clear mismatch.

The location was perfect, the staff were attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist, but there was only one tiny elevator for guests and services.

“Pleasant stay in Paris”

I liked how central the hotel was to the attractions, with many nice restaurants and bars nearby. It was my partner’s birthday, so I added balloon arrivals, which was a lovely touch! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in the downstairs room, which was very spacious and clean, but it had no window, so there was no city view or fresh air. We used the air‑con, which worked well, but a window is always nicer.

“Schönes Hotel in Paris”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bar was pleasant with a good drink selection, and breakfast had everything needed; the location is perfect and we’d book again. We received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which was nice, but the room was on the ground floor and windowless, which was a bit annoying during our stay.
