Nothing. They took it away from someone else and didn’t even inform me.

The apartment was spacious, had all the facilities for cooking, two bathrooms, my room was fine, the bed wasn’t too bad… The location was a 10‑15 minute walk from the railway station or two tram stops on line 1 or 2. The apartment had no credit‑card payment option, so I had to pay cash (not a problem) but I also had to withdraw money from a bank opposite to finish my booking (as I booked this). The location was not easy to find from the UK.

“horrible experience, left me in such a horrible position last minute”

Nothing. The owner was extremely rude, called me 30 minutes before check‑in and told me to cancel because the flat was already full.
