The location is great, just a 15‑minute walk from the train station and close to the historic town. The shared kitchen is charming, stocked with a kettle, microwave, coffee machine, tea, coffee, and all the necessary kitchenware. Francesca, the host, was very kind and helpful. The room suffers from high humidity, poor soundproofing, a window that faces a wall so there's no fresh air, and insufficient daylight.

The place is well situated, only 20 metres from the bus stop, with a spacious room and a roomy bathroom featuring a bubble bath. The room is clean, has nice authentic touches, a fridge, working air‑conditioning, and good value for money. The bed sheets are too small for the mattress and keep falling off. Some slats of the bed frame are loose and occasionally fall out of nowhere. We had to call the host on arrival because he seemed to have forgotten our arrival. Despite these issues, the room was otherwise fine.
