Nothing was organized or good at all. Breakfast offered only masala dosa and idli, and staff charged for an extra bed that was supposed to be included, all while being rude. The room was dirty, toiletries weren’t provided, and the pillow covers were dirty.

The location and reception staff were fine. There was no lift and breakfast was very limited.

Did not like anything actually. It wasn’t as shown in the pictures firstly. Secondly, there were no basic amenities like phone, soaps/hand-wash/any other toiletries. The bathroom was not clean, it had cigarette buds in it. The sheets were unwashed and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The TV remote was not working. The only thing that was functional was their AC. Thankfully. There is no dedicated parking area, we were asked to park at a spot on the road. The corridor stinks cigarettes. Some rooms had their waste outside from last night and looked like the staff did not care to notice. Did not like anything actually. It wasn’t as shown in the pictures firstly. Very near to NH 44. The room provided was not good. No hanger in the bathroom, no floor mat or door mat. AC was not working.
