The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke minimal English. They had a shuttle to get you from the station, which was amazing. They also took the extra effort to bring me food while I was sick

The location is convenient and the food is tasty, with two days of breakfasts that never repeat and service that’s very friendly; however, late at night a water pipe in the wardrobe ceiling started rattling.

A full‑board stay with two meals is fantastic because the food is delicious, someone greets you right at the door making you feel right at home, and thanks to the staff for driving us to the ski‑gear rental; the only minor drawback is that the hot‑spring shopping street is a bit far, though the rope‑way station is close, so it depends on what you need.
