Shire the Shepherd's Hut at Pentref Luxury Camping

“Perfect location, beautiful space.”

Everything was great! Julia is an excellent host. Unlike many places that claim to be dog friendly, this hotel truly welcomes dogs—if the dogs are happy, we’re happy, as Julia says. It’s the best place we’ve stayed, and we can’t wait to return. The chickens are lovely and provide fresh eggs daily.

The place was spotless.

We loved this place; the shepherds hut was lovely, the bed was incredibly comfortable and spotless, the big garden is fenced so dogs can run around, our two didn’t want to leave and neither did we. The kitchen area has a kettle and fridge‑freezer, which is very handy, and the toilet and shower are brilliant. The chicken shack is also great for chilling and playing games. Big thanks to Julia and John for the best welcome – 10/10. The only downside was having to come home.

“Perfection itself.”

We were greeted by Julia who gave us a tour of the area, and everything from start to finish was perfect; she went above and beyond, making our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing.
