The front counter staff was pleasant at times and helped us with our bags upstairs, even though there is no elevator or escalator; when we ran out of toilet paper and I asked for more, the lady looked at me as if I had done something wrong, but she eventually provided it. The language barrier (Asian) was an issue, the fridge was very cold, there were no roaches or bugs, and the place was clean. I would come back 👍🏽.

The location was good, but the sink and mirror in the bedroom were problematic, and the staff could barely speak English.

The location and the bed were very comfortable, but the upfront $100 damage fee hold seemed excessive, though understandable.

There was nothing positive to mention. The staff did not speak any English and could not answer any of my questions, making communication completely impossible.

The spot was spot on, but the hallway stairs looked filthy and the room itself was dirty, with a stained comforter that had holes. Even after asking for a re‑clean and a new comforter, the room stayed the same and still dirty.
