“Boa”
The location is good, but it’s already a bit outdated.

The rooms and parking were fine, but the restaurant doesn’t open for dinner, so you have to go out or order delivery.

The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast is good, though I think 9 am is too early for the closing time. The water takes a long time to heat and the temperature is lukewarm. The laundry service didn’t return my party dress, which had been slightly wrinkled in the suitcase because of the trip, and they didn’t lend a steamer.
The location was fine, but the air conditioner didn’t work, the room was old, the TV was old, etc. For the price I expected better or at least what the photo showed.
I booked through Booking and paid R$ 397,00 for a queen‑size room. Arriving at 22:00, I was told my husband couldn’t stay with me because the room was marked as INDIVIDUAL. I offered to pay the extra R$ 68,00 to reach the double‑room rate of R$ 465,00, but the front desk said it wasn’t possible. They told me to cancel the Booking and pay R$ 465,00 directly, or to pay R$ 160,00 to add another guest. Exhausted and not wanting to stir up a scene, I paid the R$ 160,00 via pix. I was then given a room without cable TV or a reading light at the headboard. When I called to complain, the same attendant said I’d paid for a standard/executive room and that only luxury rooms have cable TV. Total disrespect to the guest! I’m still furious about what happened.
