The experience was excellent and truly deserving of a 5‑star rating! The hotel is very clean, neat, and well‑maintained, with everything organized and service efficient and on time. All necessary amenities were present, making the stay comfortable and convenient. I especially liked the focus on cleanliness and the filtered drinking water served in glass bottles. The overall ambience feels premium and luxurious, setting the place apart. It’s definitely worth the price and highly recommended for anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, classy stay in Ernakulam!
“We occupied a TRPB in 2nd floor. Excellent room and amenities, clean and tidy bathroom and wc and nice comfortable bed.”
The spot is unbeatable, right next to the temple and the TDM hall where events happen, and there’s plenty of parking right across from the hall. Everyone on the CTC team was courteous and helpful, but the place has no lift and the entrance is tight.
