The climate control was hard to get right, leaving the room either too cold or too hot, and the staff’s service was inconsistent, sometimes lacking clear explanations.

The property is wonderful! Surrounded by greenery and completely in touch with nature, it’s very well maintained and clean. The staff are extremely kind, always available, and ready to help you solve any mishap with sweetness and efficiency. We chose Miru Amami as a stop on our honeymoon and can’t wait to return! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the sweet gesture you gave us. It was a dream!

The hotel is located on a fantastic bay with outstanding water. Swimming is fantastic, the water temperature is very pleasant, and the beach is clean. The room location offers a great view over the bay. We would like comfortable loungers on the beach, and the number of loungers is not enough. A beach service would have been great to make the beach time even better.
