“Spacieux, agréable, tranquille”

The apartment was pleasant, spacious, with a very well‑equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean, and a large bathroom; the stairs were a bit steep, but that didn’t bother us. We had good exchanges with the owners and the concierge team, who were very responsive. A small supermarket was very close. The apartment is well‑located, and the neighborhood is quiet. We’ll definitely return. A few extra kitchen items would be nice: a wooden spoon, a 1 € spoon, a pair of scissors, a broom, a shovel.

The equipment was poor, with only a few newer appliances; many items were shabby. It was especially annoying that there was no large pot for cooking noodles, nor a pot with a handle or one that had a non‑scratched coating. The service team couldn’t supply a replacement and, after expressing regret, never followed up. Consequently, cooking was impossible.

The house was spacious, bright, and had comfy beds plus a nice patio, offering good value for its size and facilities. It wasn’t far from the city center, situated in a lively yet somewhat rough part of town. However, the lack of AC during hot summer days was a problem, as the second and third floors above the living room became extremely warm. Both bedrooms were so hot that a good night’s sleep was difficult, though the owner noted it was around 37 °C during the day. An AC unit would have helped. The property also showed some wear compared to the photos, especially the bathroom.

There was an uncomfortable "bump" on the left side of the mattress in the first‑floor room when facing the bed.

The accommodation was good, but a curtain over the bathroom/WC window would have been welcome. We had to hang one of our bath towels on the window to use the bathroom privately. The two staircases were steep, making it inconvenient with suitcases.
