Getting anywhere quickly was convenient, but the showers constantly struggled to reach a warm temperature for even a few minutes, and the beds were so soft that I woke up each morning with lower back pain. The stove was also subpar, likely because a previous guest melted plastic or something onto the top.

The location was good and the beds were comfortable, but there were roaches! The bathroom door didn’t close or latch properly because the handle was misaligned with the latch plate, housekeeping was poor, the cooktop didn’t heat up enough to cook anything, and it was very confusing to use. The only good thing was the beds were comfortable.

No breakfast was served. The room phone didn’t work for calling staff, the TV was hard to navigate with the remote, and I couldn’t store items under the kitchenette sink because it was dirty and tools had been left there from installation.
