There was nothing I liked here. I’m not opposed to low‑cost amenities if the price matches, but the price here was inadequate. The furniture was outdated and the room tiny. Our only luck was that the adjacent room, which we were supposed to share a bathroom and toilet with, was unoccupied. The rooms are very close together, so you can hear everything from the other room and the bathroom. In the shower area a part of the door is missing – apparently intentional, because the tap for the sink and the shower are shared, and when you want to turn the water on or off in the shower you have to lean toward the sink. I really don’t know how to avoid splashing on the floor. A few meters from the house a fairly noisy road runs, so the calm mentioned in many reviews isn’t there for me. At least not in summer. It’s not just that a car passes by occasionally; it happens several times a minute, which we didn’t expect on such a small road. With windows open it’s audible, even though we chose a courtyard view rather than the road. With windows closed, even though they don’t seal perfectly, it’s okay. An open window in the evening or at night is still impossible – there’s no net against insects.

Great location. Ideal spot for avid cyclists and hikers. The owner makes delicious breakfasts.
