The staff were lovely, but my villa faced a bar and was very noisy; the property looks a bit run down.

“Precioso hotel, buena ubicación. Desayuno lamentable”

The design is beautiful, the room is super cozy and spacious, and the large bathroom is open but we barely saw any bugs. The breakfast was lacking: each day something was missing, one day only orange fruit was offered. Overall the breakfast was pretty bad every day except for the smoothie bowl. I had to bring my own gluten‑free bread and lactose‑free milk even though stores sold those items. No complaints. The café staff were quite unfriendly, whereas the reception was kind and helpful. Additionally, there was a lot of noise from 7 am: construction, a blender, and people from the hotel pool all day, especially with kids.

“Extremely disturbing experience”

We booked this hotel expecting a normal and safe stay, but unfortunately experienced a deeply disturbing incident involving one of the hotel’s staff members. My girlfriend was naked and showering in the bathroom when she discovered that a hotel employee was peeping through a hole/opening in the shower area. Imagine being completely naked in what you believe is the privacy of your hotel room, only to discover that a member of the hotel staff is watching you. It was extremely disturbing, frightening, and violating. We immediately reported the incident to the hotel and the police. Because of what happened, my girlfriend no longer felt comfortable or safe staying at the property. We had to leave, and as a result, we missed our scheduled flight and had to rearrange important plans and commitments back home. What should have been a normal trip turned into an extremely stressful experience that disrupted our plans and caused significant inconvenience. The biggest issue here is not the room, the facilities, or the usual hotel-service complaints. It is the fact that a hotel employee was looking at a naked guest while she was showering. Guests should be able to expect complete privacy in their own hotel bathroom. We hope the hotel takes this incident seriously and reviews its staff, security, and procedures to make sure that no other guest has to experience something like this. I would strongly advise future guests to be aware of what happened before deciding to stay here

The location is very good and also a bit isolated for those who love quiet; the pool is great, the place is unique but needs maintenance. The staff were very polite and breakfast was very nice.

“Piscine et chambres parfaite mais personnel désagréable et sur son téléphone au lieu de vous servir ainsi on assiste à u”

The rooms and the pool were stunning, but the breakfast was fine while the service was far too slow. The staff were on their phones instead of serving us. Also, we were asked to pay for a repair on a scooter we had rented, even though it was intact; it seemed like an attempt to squeeze some money out of us.
