Every single thing was excellent: exceptional staff, all the people we spoke to or passed by, a huge room with a balcony, the best breakfast we have ever had in Europe—very high quality and many choices, the egg and bacon ordering was out of this world, presented exceptionally. More rolls than a roll shop, the little details make the difference and great interactions from the manager and owner made it a real pleasure to stay at this place; we will be returning, if only for the breakfast. Getting the bus into Baden Baden was much easier than driving, very quick and easy. Parking is a problem if it’s busy, though parking up the road isn’t an issue, there’s no lift, not good for my old knees, climbing the stairs—recommend asking for the first floor if possible.
